WWE RAW: Brock Lesnar set for HUGE return before SummerSlam championship match

Lesnar’s advocate Paul Heyman told RAW General Manager Kurt Angle last week that his client will defend the title on August 19 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns will face each other tonight at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio and the winner will become the No1 Contender for the red brand’s ultimate prize.

The two RAW super heavyweights won a Triple Threat Match each to qualify for tonight’s decider as Lashley beat Seth Rollins as well as Elias and Reigns defeated Finn Balor and Drew McIntyre.

Heyman revealed on Twitter that the Universal Champion will confront his challenger next week on RAW ahead of WWE’s biggest Pay-Per-View event of the summer.

The ECW legend said: “My phone has been blowing up all day with people wanting to know, ‘Who do I think is going to win, Bobby Lashley or Roman Reigns?’

“And the truth is, I couldn’t care less. Because the winner of tonight’s match on Raw is ultimately the loser who’s gonna get their a** handed to them by Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.

“And if you don’t take my word for it, then you can take the word of the reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, who will tell his victim these very words next week, live on Raw. And that’s not a prediction: That’s a spoiler.”

Lesnar seems to have also turned his attention to UFC after his shock appearance at UFC 226 where he shared the Octagon with Daniel Cormier.

The Beast confronted UFC Heavyweight Champion and UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Cormier at the T-Mobile Arena.

The Conqueror walked into the Octagon after DC called him out following his historic first-round knockout victory over Stipe Miocic, which made him the second fighter in UFC history to hold two titles simultaneously.

Moments after coming face-to-face Lesnar nearly sparked a brawl by pushing the new two-division champion before delivering a profanity-laden tirade.

The two fighters are expected to face each other at some point next year.
