Fortnite’s game servers are currently offline as Epic Games brings in a big birthday update.
The v5.10 update will see Epic Games celebrate the one-year anniversary of the popular Battle Royale game with new challenges, content and skins.
So far in Season 5, a bunch of historically-themed skins has made their way to the game, including Vikings, Army soldiers and Shark-Men.
Patch notes for v5.10 reveal Fortnite fans will be seeing some more skins heading to the game which will focus on summer fun.
From lifeguards to scuba divers, Epic Games is celebrating the summer with these new skins and cosmetics.
Here is a list of the new skins coming to Fortnite in the new update:
The Lifeguard Set (Sun Tan Specialist – Epic/ Rescue Ring Back Bling – Epic / Rescue Paddle Harvest Tool – Rare)
The Scuba Set (Reef Ranger – Epic / Air Tank – Epic / Harpoon Axe – Rare)
The Street Racer Set (Maverick – Epic / Bat Attitude – Epic / Clutch Axe – Rare)

What else is in Patch v5.10 update?
The new content update has a huge amount of new features for fans to get their hands on, including some minor bug fixes and performance upgrades.
However, one of the biggest updates is that the Playground Limited Time Mode (LTM) is coming back this week.
Epic Games now lets you pick teams in Playground mode to set up team battles for practice and training.
As well as that, a brand new Compact SMG is heading to Fortnite.
Epic Games said on their official website: “Unwrap the newest weapon in Battle Royale. Engage in close quarters combat with the high capacity, fast firing Compact SMG.”
For the Fortnite first birthday event, Epic Games has revealed a set of new challenges for players to complete.
The patch notes say: “ You can now find birthday cakes placed around the map with consumable slices next to them. Enjoy those tasty treats! Cake slices give +5 health and +5 shield instantly when consumed.
“Complete three birthday even challenges to unlock a new emote, spray, and backbling. The Battlebus and Supply Drops have been decorated to celebrate #Fortnite1st.”
Here are the Fortnite Birthday Challenges:
• Deal 1,000 damage to opponents to unlock the Fortnite Birthday! Emoticon
• Dance at different birthday cakes to unlock the Happy Birthday! Spray
• Play 14 matches to unlock 5,000 XP.
• Complete all 3 challenges to earn the Birthday Cake Back Bling
