Natalie Cassidy, 35, is best known for playing Sonia Fowler on the hit BBC soap Eastenders.
The role has seen her be in the public eye for 25 years, having many ups and downs when it came to her weight.
Over the years Natalie has shrunk fluctuated from a size 16 down to a size four-six.
But the 35-year-old is now a sustainable and enviable weight, after losing three stone in recent months.
Showing off her impressive weight loss, Natalie stepped out yesterday at the theatre launch for David Walliam’s new stage adaption, Mr Stink.
The mother-of-two looked radiant as she arrived at London’s Chickenshed Theatre in a flowing, silky patterned dress.
Showing off her slimmed-down figure, the dress hung tightly around her tiny waist, framing her svelte figure.
The dress featured a sexy peephole design showing off a glimpse of her chest, nipped back together with a choker-style neckline.
Glowing from her recent weight loss, Natalie looked stunning in the flowing midi dress wearing barely any makeup.
Talking to Bella magazine, weight-loss expert Steve Miller said: “She looks like she’s lost up to three stone over the years, and is a size 8. She’s lost weight on her face, legs, arms and neck and would be around nine stone.
“She’s done it the right way, which indicates a boost in her self-esteem. She looks gorgeous!”
The TV star has been open with her weight-loss struggles in the past, revealing she was “bordering on having an eating disorder” back in 2007.
In 2007, the 35-year-old was a tiny size four, releasing her own fitness DVD called Then and Now to show off her weight loss.
However, she revealed that the weight-loss wasn’t healthy or sustainable, revealing that it was her use of laxatives that led to her tiny frame.
Talking to Heat magazine in 2009 she said: “I really wasn’t well. I was bordering on having an eating disorder.”
“There were nights I would go out for dinner and then I’d go home and take laxatives because I didn’t want the food inside me.”
At the theatre debut in London Natalie clearly had a great time showing off her new figure, tweeting after the event: “Thank you, as always, for a wonderful evening.. every single person who is a part of the place is truly magical.”
Another soap star who shed the pounds in recent months is Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley.
The actress was once a size 28 but has now slimmed down after losing 12 stone in just 18 months.
Speaking on Lorraine recently, she revealed the method she used to shed weight.
