Google Pixel 3 release: How much will the new Google Pixel cost?

are released the new flagship Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 Xl this year, touted as the ‘Pure Android phone’ of 2018.

Google is rumoured to launch the new phones in the Autumn of this year, but few details have been announced of what it will feature.

A few leaks have dropped online claiming to show how the new Pixel 3 will look, as well as some indication of what it will have built in.

When is Google Pixel 3 out in the UK and US?

Google is swinging its way into the phone market in 2018 with the rumoured release of two new phones – the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL.

On top of that, they are also rumoured to be releasing a Pixel watch as well.

But Google have not yet confirmed a release date.

The rumour mill began to churn as soon as Google released a public Beta for the new Android P operating system, which is available for download now.

Google has not confirmed any rumours as yet, though fans have attempted to work out a release date based on Google’s previous launches.

For Google’s previous two flagship releases, they have unveiled the new phones on October 4, and many Android fans predict an announcement at a similar time.

They will come with the latest version of Android – Android 9.0 P – but as we saw in 2017, they may not be the first devices to ship with that OS.

Google will be releasing the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL with a pure, regularly updated version of Android P.

It is unlikely Google will reveal the Google Pixel 3 before October, but Google still may surprise us yet.

This holds true for American consumers too, as the Google Pixel 2 was released in the US at the same time as the UK release.

If Google holds true to their tradition, fans can expect the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL around October 4, 2018.

How much will the new Google Pixel cost?

The Google Pixel 3 price is a big mystery simply because smartphone prices have been climbing higher in the last twelve months.

The Pixel 2 started at $649 / £629 / AU$1,079, and the Pixel 2 XL at $849 / £799 / AU$1,399.

Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL may well have similar prices, or edge slightly higher.

Remember, Google will want to differentiate these two phones with the cheap Pixel 3 that’s been tipped to launch eventually.

The cheaper version of the Pixel 3, if it launches globally rather than just in emerging markets, may be the best way to pick up a new Pixel for less.
