Avengers 4: Does THIS prove Doctor Strange orchestrated Ant-Man and the Wasp’s ending?

WARNING SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS INFINITY WAR AND ANT-MAN AND THE WASP AHEAD

fans will remember at Avengers Infinity War’s conclusion that Doctor Strange willingly handed over the Time Stone to Thanos in exchange for Tony Stark’s life

When asked why by Iron Man, the wizard replied: “We’re in the endgame now.”

He was referring to the multiple possible futures he’d viewed, having explained previously in the film that only one saw the Avengers win.

Of course Thanos did managed to gather all six Infinity Stones and kill half the universe.

And as Doctor Strange turned to ash, he said to Tony: “It was the only way.”

The Sorcerer Supreme knows exactly what he is doing, and his handing over the Time Stone to Thanos initiated the endgame which will become apparent in next year’s Avengers 4.

But what if part of his timing was to allow Ant-Man to be trapped in Quantum Realm, as seen in the Ant-Man and the Wasp end credits scene?

In that scene Scott Lang entered the Quantum Realm to collect Quantum Dust, while the Pym family had control of returning him to his normal size, back on Earth.

However they turned to ash in Thanos’ snap too, so now Ant-Man is trapped.

theorise that Doctor Strange, having seen the one possible future where the Avengers defeat Thanos, timed his handing over of the Time Stone perfectly.

If it had been any earlier – remember the Sorcerer Supreme held him off in quite the battle scene – Ant-Man would not have been trapped in the Quantum Realm.
