Manchester United kit 2018/19: First pictures of brand new home shirt

Manchester United have released the first pictures of their new home shirt for 2018/19.

The Red Devils will continue to wear Adidas for the new season, with a bold new look incorporating black stripes in the design.

United have been inspired by the club’s original name, Newton Heath (Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway) Cricket and Football Club, with train track patterns in the shirt.

The black fades down into a solid block, with black shorts and mixed socks to complete the look.

The standard version of the adult shirt will cost £64.95 with shorts (£34.95) and socks (£16.95) pushing the cost of a full kit over the £100 barrier.
