Ivanka Trump visited the GenCyber Summer Camp today in Washington.
The daughter of Donald Trump was there on an official visit as part of her advisor role on her father’s board.
She posted pictures on her Instagram account, which has an impressive 4.4 million followers.
In the pictures she looks relaxed and smiling – despite news that broke less than 24 hours ago the Canadian department store Hudson’s Bay has dropped her eponymous clothing line, Ivanka Trump.
Yesterday, the store chain made the announcement that they were dropping Ivanka Trump’s line due to “performance”.
“Hudson’s Bay is phasing out this brand through the fall based on its performance,” the company said in a statement.
“As part of our regular course of business, we review our merchandise offerings and make appropriate changes.”
However, Hudson’s Bay had also been the subject of a number of campaigns to boycott Trump family products including a campaign called Grab Your Wallet.
Ivanka appeared remarkably unfazed by the news in the pictures she posted.
She wore a glamorous A-line knee length dress with a full skirt.
The dress was white and printed with large red flowers all over it.
She wore her hair parted in the middle and cascading in blonde waves down her shoulders.
Her skin was tanned and glowing against the white colour of the dress.
Earlier today, Ivanka was seen in Washington DC walking through the halls of the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill.
Ivanka wore a floaty white, high-waisted calf length white skirt.
Tucked into the feminine skirt she wore a navy blouse with a white winged collar and elongated white cuffs.
The outfit was completed by black heels and a large white bag that she carried in her hand.
Donald’s daughter talked on her mobile phone as she walked through the building, a serious expression on her face.
One image does show her smiling as the call appears to take a positive turn.
She was flanked by security guards and two men in suits with passes around their neck.
