Fortnite season 6

EPIC GAMESFortnite season 6 – Look Lake pyramid theory key to next Battle Pass?

is a few months away, with the new Battle Pass set to start in September.

The countdown running in Fortnite Battle Royale at the moment says that Fortnite season 5 will have an end date of Monday September 17 2018.

This means that Fortnite season 5 could get released on Tuesday September 18 or if it gets delayed by a few days launch on Thursday September 20.

And while season 5 only launched last week, fans are already trying to figure out clues for what’s coming next.

One of those who has put forward a compelling case for what could be coming in Fortnite season 6 is YouTuber Braderz.

And it all revolves around the Road Trip skin and the Loot Lake pyramid theory.

A number of YouTubers have theorised that the mysterious Road Trip skin could play a big role in Fortnite season 6.

This came after the reward in Fortnite season 4 for the Blockbuster challenge was the Visitor skin.

And as we all know now, the Visitor played a big role in the defining season 4 event which had big ramifications for Fortnite season 5.

The Visitor launched the rocket that caused cracks to appear in the Fortnite sky and rifts on the Battle Royale map.

And these rifts are central to the Fortnite season 5 ‘worlds collide’ theme, with new historical objects being dropped into the Battle Royale world.

So what will the Fortnite Road Trip skin be? And how will it play a part in Fortnite season 6?

Well, YouTuber Braderz has been doing some sleuthing and in a video revealed he spotted something very interesting on the Fortnite Battle Royale map.

As you may be aware, when the Fortnite rocket was launched it warped to multiple locations as a tear in time and space was apparently caused.

And one of the locations that the Fortnite rocket warped to was just over Loot Lake.

It was from there that it blasted to the top of the dome that forms the Storm Circle and caused a huge crack in the Fortnite Battle Royale sky.

Braderz had a closer look at Loot Lake and noticed that since the start of Fortnite season 5 something appears to be under the water.

And the YouTuber believes that the object underneath the water is a pyramid.

Fortnite season 6 – Will a pyramid hidden under Loot Lake emerge?

He theorised that the pyramid will slowly rise throughout Fortnite season 5 and eventually emerge at the start of Fortnite season 6.

Braderz added that the sand that has been falling through the cracks in the sky could end up surrounding the emerging pyramid.

He also added that the Fortnite Road Trip skin could tie into this as it may later be unveiled as a pharaoh outfit.

The current silhouette teasing the Fortnite Road Trip skin shows a hooded figure which may resemble the outline of a pharaoh’s golden face mask.

This isn’t the first time that it’s been rumoured Fortnite could be getting an Ancient Egypt point of interest.

It was previously claimed the Playground mode LTM trailer may have dropped subtle hints about what was coming in Fortnite season 5.

The original trailer, released before the start of Fortnite season 5, showed a number of in-game building creations.

Creations shown included the Sphinx, the pyramids, a Wild West town and a castle.

It was thought this could have been Epic Games’s way of hinting at new areas coming with Fortnite season 5.

These areas didn’t get added to the Fortnite map in the end at the start of season 5, but they may still do during the course of the current Battle Pass.

Or, alternatively, it could get added in at the start of Fortnite season 6.

One other rumoured addition to Fortnite that has not occurred yet is the Leviathan LTM mode.

Reliable Fortnite leakers Two Epic Buddies previously said that Fortnite season 4 will end with two limited time modes (LTMs).

This would allegedly include a 50v50 mode where one team must escort the Leviathan creature.

It remains to be seen whether this LTM mode will still occur during Fortnite season 5.

Or, whether alternatively the Leviathan may come through the cracks in the sky to kickstart Fortnite season 6.
