Fortnite season 4 end date COUNTDOWN: What time does season end? Will it be extended?

Season 4 is about to end, which means there’s not long left to complete those Battle Pass challenges and unlock every reward.

Fortnite Season 4 has a July 11 end date and is likely to have a 9am BST end time.

Epic Games is yet to reveal the exact end time, but a spokesperson told Express Online that an announcement should be made on Twitter soon.

With Season 5 starting on July 12, there’s always a chance that the Season 4 Battle Pass could be extended by an additional day, so stay tuned for more information.

Currently, however, the Season 4 Battle Pass rewards page says the current season will end in one day.

This doesn’t give players very long to complete the current list of weekly challenges.

Fortunately, Express Online has rounded up all of the weekly challenges and solutions, so click for help with the Battle Pass weekly challenges.

Speaking of Season 5, Epic Games has released the first official teaser.

Interestingly, fans have pointed out the cat-like figure featured in the new Fortnite tweet looks like the Egyptian goddess Bastet.

That would tie in with the desert setting put forward by Fortnite dataminers Two Epic Buddies.

The Fortnite dataminers leaked what appears to be the new desert map for Fortnite Battle Royale.

However, it was later revealed that the sandy map in the video was a result of a bug.

“By the way for all the english speakers, we never said in the video that it is the new map,” reads a new Two Epic Buddies tweet.

“It’s a bug which changed the textures and it will just give you a good feeling for what it could actually look like in Season 5.”

For now we’ll have to wait and see.
