Apple iPhone X update as refreshed design could be launching soon

iPhone X went on sale last November and it seems this flagship smartphone is about to get a big refresh.

According to technology tipster Ben Geskin, Apple may be about to release an updated “Blush Gold” version of its iPhone X.

This top-end smartphone is currently only available in Silver or Space Grey so an added colour scheme is sure to be hugely popular.

The US technology giant is well know for adding new colours to its range after the official launch with it most recently unveiling its stunning  and iPhone 7 Plus.

There’s no confirmation that this leak is real or that the “Blush Gold” will launch in the coming months but we could find out more soon..

Apple has just announced two big events where it could unveil new devices to the world.

The first takes place next week with the technology firm expected to announce some news on education and the possible launch of an updated iPad and cheaper MacBook Air.

The invite, which reads “Let’s take a field trip”, includes an image of the famous Apple logo which appears to have been hand drawn using the Apple Pencil stylus.

The invitation contains no other details except that it will take place at a tech college in the city.

Apple has been pushing the concept of getting more schools to use iPads and some are speculating that the event will be used to reveal a budget version of the popular device aimed at students.

This low cost tablet could hit stores with a price of around £250 and, if true, this would make it one of the cheapest iPads to date.

This March reveal will be followed by the in California.

Although WWDC is mainly used to reveal all the latest software updates Apple often throws in some surprise hardware.

During last year’s conference fans got their first look at the new HomePod speaker and updates to the iPad Pro and MacBook ranges.

Announcing the dates on its website, the Cupertino company said: “Every year, WWDC provides an opportunity for millions of developers to learn more about how to create new experiences across Apple’s platforms for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Mac and HomePod.

“A broad range of robust developer APIs, including SiriKit, HomeKit, HealthKit, GymKit, MusicKit, ResearchKit, and CoreML, give developers new ways to help users take command of everything from their health and homes, to how they get around, shop and learn.

“Last year at WWDC Apple debuted ARKit, and since then, developers with apps in every category on the App Store have embraced inventive ways to engage customers with virtual experiences overlaid in the real world.”
