Alicia Vikander plays Lara Croft in the movie; an iconic videogame character from the 1990s.
But a YouTuber – by the name of Amazing Atheist Guy – is getting slammed for saying Vikander’s breasts don’t resemble Croft’s.
“Do I have to be the asshole who says her t**s are too small for me to see her as Lara Croft?” he tweeted.
“Do I have to be that guy? Do I have to be the one who f**king says it? I guess I do. Sorry.”
A huge number of Twitter users have been quick to slam his remarks, sending the tweet viral.
“Do men ever shut the f**k up” asked one user.
“You also have the option not to be trash,” said another.
A third swiped: “I don’t think it’s really that important. She is an outstanding actor. It’s all that matters.”
Vikander herself has previously joked about the design of Croft in her original PlayStation days.
“My breasts are not as pointy as the first Lara, but I had a clear vision of how I wanted to play her,” she joked on The Graham Norton Show.
“I was a huge fan as a kid and whilst I was too scared to play the games when I was 10, I learnt all her moves.”
