That is according to his father, Neymar Sr.
The Brazilian has continuously denied rumours he is unsettled in the French capital.
However, numerous reports in the Spanish media have claimed Neymar is desperate to return to Barcelona, just seven months after his world-record £200m move to PSG.
Real Madrid and Manchester City have also been touted as potential destinations for the 26-year-old.
But according to his father, he is committed to the Ligue 1 leaders.
“Neymar has a future at PSG,” Neymar Sr explained in a press conference held in Brazil on Tuesday.
“His present is also PSG.”
PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi has been visiting Neymar in Brazil this week after the forward underwent surgery for his metatarsal injury.
And the club official also underlined Neymar’s commitment to the club.
“He is happy, very motivated and excited to come back as soon as possible,” Al Khelaifi said.
“He is doing everything possible to return, we hope he will be back to play in the league and the cup this season.”
Neymar’s PSG side crashed out of the Champions League last week at the hands of Real Madrid.
However, the French outfit sit 14 points clear at the top of Ligue 1.
