First of all, there are a lot of new skins for weapons and Operators in Ubisoft’s latest mode.
Some of them can be found in the gallery below, with players doing their best to collect all the new items.
Rainbow Six Siege Outbreak Packs are only around for a short time and are guaranteed not to contain duplicates.
They will be disappearing along with the new mode in early April, meaning fans only have so long to get the cosmetics they want.
NOTE: Ubisoft have confirmed that there are ongoing issues with Outbreak Packs not appearing in-game, with Ubisoft looking to solve the issue this week.
As confirmed by Ubisoft, these items are entirely cosmetic in nature and do not give any kind of gameplay advantage.
As you can imagine, it’s almost entirely themed around the new Outbreak mode, so expect a lot of masks and plague-ridden items.
The Outbreak Collection is composed of a total of 50 unique items, including universal weapon skins, unique weapon skins, headgear, uniforms, charms, as well as an Outbreak Collection exclusive of this season’s Elite Uniform.
All items in the pack will be either Rare, Epic, Legendary, with no overlap in content between the Outbreak Packs and the Alpha Packs.
HOW TO GET RAINBOW SIX SIEGE OUTBREAK PACKS
The Outbreak Packs can be acquired for 300 R6 Credits each, while Ubisoft are offering some of the new items in others ways.
For instance, all players that log in during the Outbreak Event will receive four Outbreak Packs immediately.
“For those of you who are new to the game and purchase the Advanced Edition before or during the Outbreak Event, you will receive the 10 packs that are included in the Advanced Edition, plus the four for logging in during the event,” a message from Ubisoft explains.
“If you purchase the Advanced Edition after the event is over, you will still receive the 10 Outbreak Packs,”

- 1 Outbreak Pack – 300 R6 Credits
- 4 Outbreak Packs – 1200 R6 Credits
- 8 Outbreak Packs – 2400 R6 Credits
- 24 Outbreak Packs – 7200 R6 Credits
- 46 Outbreak Packs – 13800 R6 Credits
R6 Credits are the optional currency that can be purchased in game and can be used to buy Renown Boosters, as well as cosmetics.
Players can also complete Outbreak challenges to unlock select items.
Current challenges:
Win 1 Pandemic game with the ‘Hell and Back’ challenge to get the Breacher Chibi charm.
Kill 200 Breachers to get XP/Renown with the ‘Cant Breach Me’ challenge.
Win 5 Normal games to get the She Grunt Chibi for the ‘Dead Set’ challenge.
More challenges will likely be launched over the next few weeks, before the end of the Outbreak event.
