Real Madrid news: Sky Sports man Guillem Balague confirms three big names on transfer list

That’s according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, who’s revealed all to Sky Sports.

Real are in the midst of a bitterly disappointing season by their high standards and currently sit 17 points adrift of La Liga leaders Barcelona.

And they’re planning to overhaul their squad this summer as they prepare for a new era which could mean Zinedine Zidane is sacked too.

Real have been linked with a whole host of top talent as they plan to move on the likes of Keylor Navas, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.

And Balague has confirmed Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois, as well as United’s David De Gea, are among their targets.

“Hazard, Courtois or De Gea are the big names Real want at this moment in time,” he told Sky Sports.

Balague also explained this summer’s World Cup in Russia could alter Real’s transfer plans too.

“Other targets may appear depending on their performances over the rest of the season or at the World Cup,” he added. “That is how Real operate.”

Real bounced back against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night to take charge of their Champions League last-16 tie.

And they’ll be hoping to carry that form into tomorrow evening’s La Liga showdown with Real Betis.
