Man Utd news: Pundits make Champions League predictions ahead of Sevilla clash

That is according to pundits Roy Keane and Lee Dixon.

The Red Devils are preparing to feature in the knockout stages of the competition for the first time since 2014.

And United’s recent form will give the Spanish outfit confidence ahead of the last 16 clash.

Jose Mourinho’s men have lost to Newcastle and Tottenham in recent weeks, all-but confirming Manchester City as the Premier League champions.

And Dixon thinks Sevilla could pile more misery on the Portuguese coach at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.

“I think Sevilla will give them a run for their money,” he said on ITV.

“I’ve just got a feeling.

“The fact they can score a few goals.”

But Keane wasn’t in total agreement with his co-star, insisting recent form will not affect United next week.

“I don’t care about the last few league games,” he added.

“Sevilla will give them a game but United should win.

“They will turn up for these couple of big games and I think they’ll go through.”

Sevilla have won two Europa League trophies in three seasons, beating Liverpool 3-1 in the final back in 2016.
