David de Gea claim

Jose Mourinho insists Manchester United are not interested in selling David de Gea.

The United goalkeeper has been linked with Real Madrid.

“Do you think a club that is trying to attract the best players is the club that is open to sell the best players? It makes no sense,” said Mourinho.

“If you want to go to that level you have top attract the best players like we did with Alexis, Matic and Pogba and so on. And don’t let our best players go.”

Thomas Lemar latest

Liverpool reportedly think Thomas Lemar will leave Monaco for Barcelona despite Arsenal also pursuing the France international.

Liverpool wanted to sign Lemar from Monaco in January but opted against a transfer after being told he would cost a huge £90million.

However, that fee is unlikely to deter other suitors with Barcelona and Arsenal both tipped to lure him away from Monte Carlo.

Barcelona are on the lookout for attacking reinforcements after losing Arda Turan, with Paco Alcacer also set to be shown the door.

Arsenal, meanwhile, feel more than just Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alexandre Lacazette is required if they are to land a first league title since 2004.

And the Daily Mirror say Liverpool think Lemar wants a move to Barcelona.

Asensio and Isco to Chelsea

Marco Asensio and Isco are ready to swap Real Madrid for Chelsea unless Zinedine Zidane is sacked.

The pair are fed up playing second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.

Asensio and Isco have found themselves out of the Real Madrid side under Zidane this season.

And Diario Gol claim Asensio and Isco have had enough and are ready to join Alvaro Morata in London if Zidane is still Madrid boss for next season.

Zidane is under huge pressure having dropped to fourth and 19 points behind Barcelona.

But Florentino Perez is a big fan of the Frenchman after he won back-to-back Champions League titles and La Liga last term.
