Lionel Messi: Chinese side Hebei Fortune prepare stunning move for Barcelona star

The CSL side are preparing another move for Messi according to Mundo Deportivo, after seeing a bid rejected last year.

The 30-year-old signed a new contract at Barcelona earlier this season and is unlikely to quit for China.

But the CSL team will reportedly make another move for the Argentina ace.

Hebei Fortune have already signed Ezequiel Lavezzi and recently Javier Mascherano and they’re looking to bolster their Argentine contingent.

Messi has been in sensational form again this season with Barcelona on course for the title.

They lead La Liga by nine points and Real Madrid by a staggering 19.

Barca face Chelsea in the last 16 of the Champions League and will be looking to success in Europe for the first time since 20115 – with Real Madrid winning the last two.

Messi has scored 26 goals this season including 20 in La Liga.

But the Chinese will throw big bucks at Messi – despite him already earning over £500,000 a week – but his €700m buyout clause may prevent any deal.
