Weight loss: Woman reveals how she got rid of stomach bloating in just four weeks

Sharing before and after weight loss transformation pictures to Reddit, the woman revealed in just one month she has got rid of stomach bloating.

Taking photos from the side and front to show the dramatic change, she explained how she did it.

The woman, known only as her username ‘dntwrrybhappe’, explained she was 23 and 5’6”.

Her starting weight was 12 stone seven pounds, but she managed to lose a stone in just one month.

The biggest difference was visible on her stomach area – and there were two things she did to make the change.

She wrote: “Four weeks of increased water and decreased salty/processed foods.

“Water retention is a thing…glad to have some of that bloating gone.”

But the woman was not done there, and revealed she was moving “on to fat burning”.

If you are suffering from bloating, there could be many reasons why.

Certain foods and drinks could instigate bloating. Beans, broccoli, cabbage and fizzy drinks are all guilty of causing the condition.

“Bloating can be managed usually by making changes to your lifestyle and with over-the-counter medication,” said WebMD.

“If you have to eliminate certain gas-producing foods from your diet then you should continue to eat a healthy diet that includes five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, drink plenty of fluids and exercise regularly.”

You could also try sitting down to eat your meals, and chewing your food more slowly.

Trying to talk with your mouth full could increase the amount of air you’re ingesting, which may also be contributing to bloating.

Twisting exercises could also help to push air out of the digestive system, according to celebrity personal trainer Ramona Braganza.
