Melania Trump slams ‘salacious’ reports marriage is suffering after Stormy Daniels claims

Melania Trump issued a statement via her Director of Communications Stephanie Grisham on Twitter.

The 47-year-old former-model from Slovenia revealed through her staffer that recent claims of tensions between her and her husband the President were false.

Donald Trump, 71, has been in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum this week along with his press secretary Hope Hick and his son-in-law and senior advisor Jared Kushner.

It was hinted by various news outlets including The New York Times that recent news concerning porn actress Stormy Daniels was causing a rift in the marriage between the President and First Lady.

Stormy Daniels has claimed that she was paid by the President in 2016, during his presidential campaign, to keep hush about an affair she claims the two had in 2006.

However, the President has strongly denied this is the case.

Now Melania Trump has made public her thoughts on the matter.

The tweet stated: “BREAKING: The laundry list of salacious & flat-out false reporting about Mrs. Trump by tabloid publications & TV shows has seeped into ‘main stream media’ reporting.

“She is focused on her family & role as FLOTUS – not the unrealistic scenarios being peddled daily by the fake news.”

Prior to the Davos trip Grisham told CNN last week that the 47-year-old former-model would support her husband at the event.

However, on Tuesday she revealed the First Lady had revised her plans due to “scheduling and logistical issues.”

While Donald Trump has been in Davos his wife made various official visits.
