Now the secrets to these star’s incredible bodies have been revealed.

Avoid eating late at night

For optimal weight loss avoid eating late at night, Peter recommended.

He said: “Try to avoid eating too late at night as this can lead to tummy upset or bloating, which can contribute to you having trouble falling asleep.”

Drink lots of water

Peter said: “This sounds basic, but it’s really important.

“I particularly recommend drinking a glass of water in the morning as soon as you wake up as your body can become dehydrated during the night.”

Meal Planning

“Whilst you’re eating a meal, make sure you’re planning your next one.

“When you’re feeling full, your body thinks straight, when you’re feeling tired and hungry, the first thing your body craves is sugar,” Peter explained.

“If you do eat between meals, try snacking on a handful of almonds such as California Almonds.

“They’re high in magnesium which can help reduce tiredness and fatigue.”

Give your body time to recover

Peter said: “If you miss a workout or have an extra rest day, don’t beat yourself up about it.

“Feeling guilty during downtime will just lead to feelings of frustration and in the long run, a lack of motivation.

“Listen to your body’s needs and enjoy recovery time because resting is an important part of the work out process – it’s all about balance. This way you’ll always look forward to your next session.”

Another personal trainer recently revealed their weight loss diet plan, encouraging dieters to eat carbs at this time of day to get a flatter stomach.
