Just months to go until Avengers 3 finally hits cinemas worldwide.
It’s setto be teh biggest movie of 2018 and fans are bracing themselves for some hugely-anticipated shocks.
The movie is bringing Marvel’s Phase 3 to an epic close, but this also means there will be some major changes and some painful losses.
One of the main theories has surrounded the fate of Captain America and his alter-ego Steve Rogers.
Evans has played the Cap since 2011 but the star’s is only contacted until Avengers 4.
He had already made comments signalling he was ready to lay down his shield but now that very shield has provided the greatest clue yet about his future.
At a recent fan event, Evans signed a replica shield and what he and co-star Sebastian Stan wrote reveals what will happen in Infinity War. Thrilled fan Mary Schule posted the image and fans went wild.

The images from the trailer showed Steve Rogers as the darker incarnation with a full beard which corresponds with his transformation into Nomad in the comicbooks. This follows his disillusion with SHIELD and his renunciation of being Captain America.
It now seems certain that Evans will be portraying the darker, more ruthless Nomad in the movie, however we also know that we will see him again as Captain America in Avengers 4.
Images from the Atlanta set have clearly shown Evans as a very clean-cut and brightly uniformed Captain America with Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man. The setting and their costumes appear to place them in the destroyed New York shown at the end of the first 2012 Avengers movie.
This has confirmed the rumours that Avengers 4 will feature some flashbacks or,more interestingly, some sort of alternate timeline or time travel storyline.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released in UK cinemas on April 27. Avengers 4 will be released on April 26, 2019.
