It movie UK EXCLUSIVE: Losers Club stars reveal all on Pennywise horror

Starring Bill Skarsgard as the fearsome Pennywise, it raked in almost $700 million at the worldwide box office – against a budget of just $35 million.

With critics also praising it (its Rotten Tomatoes score is currently 85%), it became one of the biggest sleeper hits of last year.

Now, a new featurette from the DVD and Blu-ray release sees the young stars of the Losers’ Club open up on work on the flick.

The film was rapidly green-lit for a sequel, which is due to land in September 2019.

The young cast are expected to return in flashback form, with the bulk of the story taking place 30 years later.

Andy Muschietti said last year: “We’ll probably have a script for the second part in January [2018]. Ideally, we would start prep in March.

“Part one is only about the kids. Part two is about these characters 30 years later as adults, with flashbacks to 1989 when they were kids.”

Gary Dauberman and Jeffrey Jorgensen are both on board to write the script for Part Two.

It is out on DVD and Blu-ray from Monday, January 15, and available digitally now.
