This is a time for positive changes. Break away from old routines and things that no longer serve their purpose. Take some time in January to gather your thoughts and re-evaluate what you really want from life.

YOUR health may be more sensitive and unpredictable than normal during the middle months of 2018 so Leos such as Meghan Markle should take note.

You will be susceptible to ailments associated with professional pressures and other responsibilities.

Emotional upsets and stress-induced illness are more likely if you don’t make time to relax. Allowing things to build up until they explode affects wellbeing.

Ask for help and support in the spring to discuss how your workload can be shared to relieve pressure before it overwhelms you.
