Philippe Coutinho spotted for first time since Liverpool strike claims over Barcelona move

Coutinho is prepared to go on strike and never wear a Liverpool shirt again in an attempt to force a move to Barcelona, according to reports from Spain.

Sport are claiming the Brazilian will not play for again, with many expecting the playmaker to join Barcelona this month in a deal worth up to £140million.

Coutinho was left out of the Reds squad for their 2-1 win over Burnley yesterday, supposedly due to a thigh injury, but the 25-year-old was spotted arriving for training at Melwood today.

Virgil van Dijk was also seen at the training ground as he joined his new team-mates for the first time following his £75m move from Southampton.

There was more good news for Liverpool with Nathaniel Clyne seen arriving, having been sidelined all season with a back problem.
