‘MASS EVACUATION’ North Korea WW3 fear ‘to spark clearance of 10 MILLION from target zone’

The chilling warning from James Robbins, the BBC’s Diplomatic Correspondent, comes amid growing concerns that a war will break out between the US and North Korea.

Speaking to the BBC’s Radio 4 about his predictions for the coming year, the respected journalist said the North Korean nuclear standoff will continue to dangerously deteriorate.

Robbins revealed that the evacuation exercises and drills held by South Korean security and diplomatic missions “will become real as tensions grow”.

He said: “I am predicting that as a consequence of this collision between Trump and Kim Jong-un there will be a mass evacuation from the South Korean capital, Seoul.”

The shock forecast would be the largest mass evacuation in history, with Seoul’s colossal 10 million population one of the largest in the world.

The correspondent added: “Not just be an exercise but a mass evacuation in fear of a possible exchange of weapons, conventional or otherwise, between the US and North Korea.

“The exercises from UK expats, US expats, and other South Koreans will turn real because things will get so tense. This is Cuba-plus-plus-plus.”

This comes just a day after North Korea reiterated its commitment to the country’s nuclear development in 2018.

According to the state-run news agency, North Korea will “continue bolstering the capabilities for self-defence and preemptive attack with the nuclear force as the pivot as long as the US and its vassal forces persist in nuclear threat”.

Throughout the past year, North Korea has conducted a series of ballistic missile tests, despite constant criticism from the West and trade sanctions.

North Korea has called the latest UN sanctions “an act of war” and said the United States and other nations that supported the strict measures will pay a heavy price.
