PS Plus January 2018 line-up – Here’s when PlayStation Plus free PS4 games reveal will be

The PS Plus January 2018 line-up will be revealed very soon, with PlayStation Plus subscribers getting a load of new PS4 free games to download.

The countdown to the PlayStation Plus reveal has begun, with Sony preparing an announcement on the PS Plus January 2018 line-up.

Sony have not officially said when the PS Plus January 2018 line-up will be announced, but Express.co.uk expects it to be today.

The new PS Plus line-up is usually announced on the last Wednesday each month, with the new games dropping the following Tuesday.

That would put the PS Plus January 2018 line-up announcement as happening today (Wednesday 27 December).

If that’s the date of the reveal, then the new free PS4 games would be added to PlayStation Plus on Tuesday January 2.

The current PS Plus line-up for December 2017 is headlined by Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition and Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends.

PS Plus members in 2017 have been able to download a host of triple A games for free, including Metal Gear Solid V, Life Is Strange and Until Dawn.

And it looks like Sony could be set to continue this trend with an alleged leaked line-up appearing in the past few days.

The PS Plus line-ups for November 2017 and December 2017 were all correctly predicted in leaks prior to the official announcement.

And according to an alleged leak, the PS Plus January 2018 line-up will be headlined by Batman: The Telltale Series and Deus Ex Mankind Divided.

The PS Plus January 2018 line-up was allegedly leaked in a Facebook advert that was accidentally posted before being taken down.

The picture of the advert also showed That’s You as remaining a bonus title for PlayStation Plus.

The alleged leak for the PS Plus January 2018 line-up was revealed on the reliable PlayStation Plus Reddit page.

And Redditors were left impressed with the selection of PS4 free games, and were hoping the leak is accurate.

One Redditor posted: “That would be a decent start to 2018”.

To which another replied: “‘Decent’ ? This is an excellent line-up.”

While one user wrote: “This would be amazing.”

And another added: “Omg. I wanted deus ex and batman. I would love them to come.”

Sony usually unveil their latest PlayStation Plus line-ups between 4pm and 5pm GMT.

So PS Plus members don’t have long to wait to find out officially what games will be included in the latest PlayStation Plus line-up.

As a reminder, here is the PS Plus December 2017 line-up available to download right now.
