Xbox One may be lagging behind PS4 in the sales stakes, but the recent release of the Xbox One X has injected fresh life into the Microsoft system.
The same is true of the Xbox One S, which is one of the best looking consoles you can buy right now and regularly available in discounted bundles.
Microsoft also appears to be making more of an effort with its exclusive games, following a barren year for new releases.
Xbox One fans were treated to the excellent Cuphead earlier this autumn, followed by PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds in December.
Both games have racked up huge sales in a short space of time, which is encouraging for the Xbox brand.
