And according to the Silph Road, Niantic is already making tweaks to the new Battle Party system.

“This appears to revolve around replacing Pokemon who are in multiple parties across all parties at once,” the post reads.

There’s even a brand new Hoenn badge for players to unlock.

But perhaps most exciting of all is an update to the augmented reality functionality.

While nothing has been confirmed by Niantic, the new features should provide players with new ways to capture Pokemon.

Niantic has only just introduced dynamic weather effects, which better reflect real-world conditions.

As part of the new weather update, Pokemon are more likely to appear in certain conditions, and will be stronger or weaker if the weather is right.
