Barcelona have agreed contract terms with Philippe Coutinho’s representatives ahead of a January transfer, according to Sport.
The Brazilian midfielder was denied a move to the Nou Camp in the summer, but reports suggest the Catalan side have settled on a £135million fee for the player.
Representatives of the player thrashed out a contract with Barca bosses on Tuesday, the report claims, and now they will seek an answer from Fenway Sports Group over a proposed transfer.
Coutinho will be in line for a bumper five-year deal that includes a monster pay package – with an eight-figure annual sum quoted by the newspaper.
