UPDATE: After almost an hour Currys is now back online with shoppers now able to access the site.
Currys appears to be having some technical issues with its website this afternoon leaving shoppers unable to access the popular online store.
Those wanting to check out the latest deals ahead of the Christmas rush aren’t able to visit the Currys webpage with it currently not responding to requests.
It’s unclear what is causing the issues but according to website checker, Is it Down Right Now, the problems appear to be nationwide.
Both mobile and desktop platforms are suffering the outage with users faced with the message, “This page isn’t working, www.currys.co.uk didn’t send any data.”
Currys currently has a big pre-Christmas sale with many top tech items, including Apple MacBooks, reduced in price.
As well as Apple devices customers can save big of 4K TVs, Beats headphones as well as getting deals on consoles such as the PS4, Xbox One X and Nintendo Switch.
It’s not clear when the website will be back online but with just a few days before Christmas this outage could not have come at a worse time for shoppers.
