Avengers Infinity War SMASHES IT movie trailer record: You won’t BELIEVE the view count

After months of hype and fans desperately demanding its arrival, Avengers Infinity War’s first trailer finally landed on Wednesday.

According to Studios, the teaser of the 2018 movie garnered 230 million views in its first 24 hours online.

This tops the previous record from earlier this year made by the IT movie at 197 million hits.

Most reactions on social media were over-whemingly positive towards Avengers Infinity War.

The film is expected to be one of the biggest of all time, with Avengers Assemble the fifth highest grossing movie of all time and Avengers: Age of Ultron in seventh.

Avengers Infinity War’s official synopsis reads: “An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time.

“The Avengers and their superhero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.”

Thanos’ army are shown attacking Wakanda, with Black Panther and Team Cap in defence, so surely the Soul Stone is located there.

Avengers Infinity War will be released in UK cinemas on April 27, 2018.
