Space age was the surprising catwalk hit of the season, championed by the likes of Chanel and Balenciaga and embraced by the high street.

Consisting of silver, metallic and sequinned pieces, it is perfect for the upcoming party season to help you look out of this world!

The futuristic fashion look works particularly well in sixties style silhouettes, largely influenced by the likes of Pierre Cardin.

This amazing vintage inspired dress with bell sleeves and an almost computer graphic style weave is a great and easy dress for parties this winter and at only £22 from Peacocks, you cant really go wrong.

A soft a-line fit, you will fill totally comfortable whilst looking uber glamorous too.

Silver puffa coats have very much been the surprise winner this season, with more high street retailers jumping on the bandwagon of this sporty silhouette in AW17’s hottest hue.

If you haven’t picked your coat for the season, remember it will be cold until at least March next year, so grab yourself a coat that will cheer you up in the cold.

The denim momentum has not slowed down yet and as design companies work out new finishes and treatments, denim has gone from a workwear item to party perfect dressing.

These incredible, metallic wash jeans are great for those looking for an outfit that takes them into the evening without being a typical ‘dressy’ look.

With metallic being so prevalent on the high street for A/W17, it isn’t just Christmas party dresses that are getting that touch of glitter.
