Liverpool have confirmed Sadio Mane has returned to Melwood early from international duty with Senegal after suffering a reoccurance of the hamstring injury that kept him sidelined for five weeks.
It’s unclear whether the forward will be fit to feature against former club Southampton as a result of the knock.
But Mane isn’t the only Premier League player who has picked up an injury while away from their clubs.
