And Saudi Arabia itself is being accused of organising the forced resignation of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, who stepped down in a televised address from the capital.
Mr Hariri has rejected claims he resigned under duress and is currently under house arrest in Saudi Arabia.
