Donald Trump’s adorable granddaughter WOWS Chinese President Xi with perfect Mandarin

The US President showed President Xi the adorable video of his granddaughter Arabella singing a Chinese song during his diplomatic tour to the country.

Six-year-old Arabella, the daughter of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, donned traditional Chinese dress for the video, made especially for President Xi.

Looking directly into the camera as she sang the cute song, Arabella helped to ease tensions between the two world leaders as her grandfather tours South-East Asia.

US President Trump is currently on a 13-day tour of Asia, paying an awkward visit to China after slamming the country’s trade policy repeatedly as he campaigned in the 2016 presidential election.

Chinese state TV during President Trump’s speech on Thursday morning, as he laid into the two countries’ “unfair” .

The Republican firebrand stated he gave China “great credit” for taking advantage of the US with regard to trade.

During the speech, he declared: “Right now, unfortunately, it is a very one-sided and unfair relationship.

“But I don’t blame China. After all, who can blame a country for taking advantage of another country for the benefit of its own citizens? I give China great credit.

“But in actuality I do blame past administrations for allowing this out of control trade deficit to take place and to grow.

“We have to fix this because it just doesn’t work. It is just not sustainable.”

The coverage reportedly cut out when Mr Trump was discussing Chinese manufacturing of Fentanyl and other synthetic opioids.

A message simply read: “Unfortunately we lost the feed.”

North Korea has been a key theme of his as he called on President Xi to intervene to resolve the nuclear crisis.

He said: “We must act fast, and hopefully China will act faster and more effectively on this problem than anyone.

“China can fix this problem easily and quickly and I am calling on China and your great president to hopefully work on it very hard.

“I know one thing about your president: if he works on it hard it will happen. There is no doubt about it.”

He has also visited Japan and South Korea on his , and will visit Vietnam and the Philippines in the coming days.
