Championship leaders Wolves host last season’s play-off semi-finalists Fulham in this evening’s live game (7.45pm).
Wolves returned to the top of the table on Tuesday night, following their 2-0 win at Norwich City and Sheffield United’s defeat at QPR.
Defender Conor Coady said: “You cannot let it (being top) affect you, we are not thinking about anything else but the next game now.
“Against Fulham on Friday night, it is on the television, it is a big game, we know how they play.
“We are going to go into it full of confidence because the boys are playing well, we are creating chances, but we just need to keep on improving on the training pitch and going forwards.”
Fulham are without a win in four games, and currently sit 15th in the table.
Head coach Slavisa Jokanovic is struggling to get his side going, and he said: “I don’t want to cry about our situation. What we must do is push ourselves and work harder.”
“Wolves are very dangerous, they are at a great level at the moment and finish chances, so it will be a quality game.”
