Is the Duchess of Cambridge expecting identical twins?

The report came from life & Style Magazine which claimed Kate is pregnant with now one, but two children.

The publication stated a “palace insider” had shared Kate and William are expecting identical twins and will “soon be a family of six” with their son Prince George, 4, and daughter Princess Charlotte, 2.

But the report has since been denied by Kensington Palace who have pointed to the statement released on Twitter about the baby’s (singular) due date.

It tweeted: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2018.”

An ancient Chinese ritual has claimed to be able to accurately guess the sex of not just Kate’s baby, but any woman’s baby.

The ancient Chinese birth chart, which is supposedly based on the Chinese Lunar Calendar, uses the mother’s age and month of conception to predict what gender the baby will be.

Kate’s baby is due in April 2018.

Prince William and his wife already have two children, a little boy Prince George, four, and a girl Princess Charlotte, two.

Mother’s should match the age they will be when they give birth and the month they conceived the child.

The chart will show them the sex their baby is destined to be.

Of course, the chart, which you can see here, isn’t based on science and has not been tested or endorsed by UK pregnancy officials, but it could be used as a fun way to make a guess.

According to the predictor, this means Kate and William will welcome a baby boy.

Kate Middleton, 35, announced she was expecting her third child with husband Prince William, 35, at the beginning of September.

But like her previous pregnancies the Duchess of Cambridge has been suffering with severe morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum.

The condition has meant Kate has been unable to attend a number of public appearances with William.

She last stepped out to attend the graduation ceremony of more than 150 Coach Core apprentices at West Ham United’s London Stadium on October 18.

At The Pride of Britain Awards last night Prince William made a solo appearance.

But the Duchess appears to be feeling better with a number of public appearances being announced.

Next week, she is due to attend a gala dinner for the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.

During the event taking place at Kensington Palace’s 18th century Orangery on November 7 she will attend a reception to meet families who have been helped by the children’s mental health charity.

On Tuesday 31 October Kate will also be visiting the Lawn Tennis Association, now acting as patron.

Here she will watch on-court sessions and meet with some of the UK’s top junior tennis talents.

On October 16, Kate did also attend the Charities Forum Event at Paddington Station with William and her brother-in-law Prince Harry, where she twirled with Paddington Bear.
