The Black Friday 2017 bonanza is just a few weeks from getting underway and this year could be bigger and better than ever.
The deals are likely to begin soon with the best offers hitting shelves, and going live online, on Friday November 24.
Over the past few years Black Friday has become a major shopping event with retailers such as Tesco, Argos, Amazon, Currys and John Lewis all slashing prices on hundreds of items.
In fact, it’s so popular many Brits now hold off buying big ticket items until the Black Friday sales begin.
A study by TopCashback.co.uk, found that nearly half of UK consumers waited until November last year before spending their money.
More than a quarter had been holding-off since August, 19 per cent since July, and one in 20 had even been biding their time since April.
So, if you’re in the market for a new gadget here’s some top tech that’s likely to see prices slashed next month.
TELEVSIONS
Every year TVs get cheaper but Black Friday always sees some mega deals of these popular devices.
In 2016 prices were slashed on televisions from Sony, Samsung and LG with some deals seeing reductions of over £500.
Perhaps one of the biggest discounts came from ASDA with the supermarket offering customers the chance to grab a 50-inch 4K TV for under £300.
If you’re in the market for a new telly this could be a very good time to buy one.
CONSOLES
Microsoft may have just released its all-new Xbox One X but expect older games machines get some major discounts.
The PS4 and original Xbox One are now a few years old and prices could be dropped to a record low in 2017.
These deals often include games bundles making them even better value.
One thing that is unclear is whether the Nintendo Switch will be cut in price for Black Friday.
The portable console from the Japanese gaming firm has taken the world by storm in 2017 and is expected to win a host of awards this year.
SMARTPHONES
With Apple’s all-new iPhone X now on sale the smartphones wars are set to hot up even further.
There’s already been plenty of good deals this year with devices such as the Galaxy S8 getting a reduction in price.
Other Android phones such as the OnePlus 5 and Google Pixel could also see discounts although Apple’s latest iPhones are unlikely to be discounted.

Sales of wireless headphones have leapt threefold in the last twelve months according to leading online retailer Argos.
The number of Bluetooth headphones have risen by 343 per cent according to sales data – led by mobile phone users who have found that their handsets no longer have a headphone socket.
So expect plenty of deals of headphones and Bluetooth speakers on November 24.
AMAZON
Amazon has had another stellar year with the launch of a host of exciting devices.
New Echo speakers, Kindles, Fire TV sticks and tablets have all been revealed in the past few months and expected to see deals on some, if not all of these gadgets.
WEARABLES
Anyone wanting to join the wearable revolution could grab a bargain in November.
Some retailers look likely to drop the price of these new devices which can track your daily exercise regimes and even bring your messages and calls straight to your wrist.
