And Mark Petchy thinks he’s serving as well as ever.

Petchey told Sky Sports: “The serve has been one of the crucial factors to it. His accuracy has been sensational – especially in recent weeks.

“Arguably it’s been some of the best serving of his career in terms of how tight to the line he has been.”

19.40: Marin Cilic finally got the job done with a three-set win over Marton Fucsovics.

And now we can look ahead to Roger Federer in the quarter-final here in Basel.

Federer will be looking for another straight forward match up this evening as he looks to book his place in the final four.

The 36-year-old, chasing an eighth Basel title, has dropped only eight games in two rounds and looks in razor-sharp form as his quest for the year-end number one ranking continues.
