Games with Gold November 2017 was recently announced by Microsoft and includes two new games for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Both Trackmania Turbo and Tales from the Borderlands were confirmed today for Xbox One fans, while Backwards Compatibility will also get a boost.
Xbox 360’s Nights into Dreams and Deadfall Adventures are being launched and will be available on all platforms.
But what fans might not have known is that there’s another bonus game available on Xbox One.
This weekend only, all Xbox Live Gold members can enjoy 2K’s turn-based strategy title, XCOM 2 for free as part of Xbox Live Gold’s Free Play Days.
Beginning at 9:00 a.m. PT on Thursday, October 26 and running through to 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, October 29, Gold members get to have a crack at saving the human race from Alien oppression.
XCOM 2 is available to download now from the console store and will remain available until Sunday.
During the week, fans will also have the option to purchase XCOM 2 or XCOM 2 Digital Deluxe from the Xbox Store at 60% off.
Should you decide to return to the fight later, all of your achievements and saved-game progress can be transferred over.
