The FIFA 18 TOTW 6 reveal is scheduled to land today for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The new lineup will include the stars EA Sports believe have proven the best in the most recent matches.
These players will get a stat boost from EA based on how well they have performed in the past week during real-life fixtures.
As usual, EA Sports will look to reveal their lineup in the early afternoon, before setting them live at around 5.45pm today.
Ultimate Team fans will then be able to get them in Gold, Silver or Bronze packs.
There’s no way for certain of knowing which 23 players will be in the FIFA 18 TOTW line-up, although predictions have been made.
You can expect Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira to get a boost after nabbing a hat-trick as the Serie A giants came from behind to beat Udinese 6-2.
Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez scored a goal and provided an assist as Arsenal thumped Everton, surely catching the attention of the EA Sports scouts.
Elsewhere, there were big wins for Bayer Leverkusen, Valencia and Sporting Lisbon but will any of their stars make the cut?
The team at FUThead have also provided their own ideas on who will be included, with a few Premier League selections standing out.
Nicolas Otamendi: “Once again, City have more than one player in contention for an IF. Unlike last week, of which I predicted both correctly I am opting for just the one in Otamendi. The CB scored one of three City goals in a 3-0 win over Burnley. Leroy Sane is the other option after recording a goal and an assist.
Michy Batshuayi: “Batshuayi is one of the more active footballers in terms of FIFA and even tweeted out about his IF chances. The Belgian came off the bench to score twice in Chelsea’s 4-2 win. I think the fact that he is so active will work in his favour and thus I am going with him to make the cut.”
Harry Kane: “Kane finally broke his Wembley goal drought during a convincing 4-1 home win over Liverpool for Spurs. Not only did he break the drought but he scored twice and assisted another. As is often the case he was the main man for Tottenham and looks set to pick up his SIF on Wednesday.”
The official FUT Team of the Week will be released soon, but Express Sport has also had a go at predicting which red-hot stars could make up the latest squad.

It follows the recent release of the new FIFA 18 Scream Cards update, which arrived last week.
Returning from last year, the FIFA 18 Scream Cards are now available to collect on PS4, XBox One and Nintendo Switch.
EA Sports has confirmed that from Oct 20th to Oct 29th, 23 Ultimate Scream players will be available in packs with upgraded ratings as unique items.
“The Ultimate Scream items “come alive” at the scariest times during the season,” a FIFA announcement explains.
“The terrifying boost makes its first appearance during Halloween (Oct 29 – Nov 1), but then returns again and again throughout the season.
“But be warned, these boosts are always temporary.”
It should be noted that all 23 Ultimate Scream players are in packs with initial upgraded ratings from Oct 20th 10am PDT – Oct 29th 10am PDT.
