Neymar headbutt: Paris Saint-Germain star SENT OFF for lashing out at opponent – video

The Brazil international picked up a yellow card moments earlier for dissent in the 85th minute.

And just minutes later Neymar was in the referee’s book again for reacting badly to a challenge from Lucas Ocampos.

The former Barcelona forward skipped past his opponent before being tripped and he immediately put his face into Ocampos’ face who theatrically fell to the ground in an attempt to exaggerate to the altercation.

After both sets of players came together to argue their case, the referee pulled both players aside and pulling out a yellow card for the duo – Neymar’s second of the match.

He had earlier levelled the scores for PSG after Luiz Gustavo gave the hosts the lead.

Florian Thauvin then restored Marseille’s lead 12 minutes from time and Neymar’s sending off looked as though it would lead to PSG’s first defeat of the season.

But Edinson Cavani’s stunning 93rd-minute free-kick salvaged a point for the Ligue 1 giants to remain four points clear at the top of the table.

It isn’t the first time Neymar has been caught up in controversy this season after he was involved in an on-field spat with Cavani earlier in the season over who would be taking a penalty.
