The Celtics grabbed their first win of the season yesterday after two defeats to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Milwaukee Bucks.
Irving was key to Boston registering the win, filling the stat sheet with 21 points and six rebounds.
But despite the win, Irving could be in hot water with NBA officials for an altercation he had with a 76ers fan who wanted a reaction from the four-time All-Star – and got one.
The fan shouted down to Irving after the game “Kyrie, where’s LeBron?” And that prompted a swift response from Irving telling the heckler to “s*** my d***”.
Irving was questioned about the exchange with the Sixers fan earlier today and when asked whether he regretted how he responded, he said: “Hell no.
