Destiny 2 update notes REVEALED for PS4 and Xbox One 1.05 Bungie Patch

The new Destiny 2 update notes have been released by Bungie today, following the server downtime for maintenance.

It took a lot less time than Bungie had revealed earlier this week, only lasting around an hour.

Destiny 2 update 1.05 was launched following the new maintenance period, taking aim at some of the game’s lingering issues.

One of the big changes made by the development team includes not removing Raid Keys upon hitting the weekly reset.

Other changes to the way Raid Keys function include:

  • Raid keys are also no longer removed upon creating a new character
  • Raid keys are also no longer removed upon logging into alts for the first time in a new week

Destiny 2’s Prestige Raid is live on PS4 and Xbox One – and one team managed to complete it in just over an hour.

Clan Redeem – which is made up of Sweatcicle, Modern Tryhard, Ehroaar, I Indica I, Senior Snubby and Gladd – were the first team to complete the Destiny 2 Prestige Raid.

Bungie congratulated the Clan on Twitter, saying: “Congratulations to Clan Redeem for being World First to complete the Prestige Raid… by a margin of only four minutes! Good Game.”

However, the victory wasn’t completely without controversy, because Team Redeem is said to have used a devastating “coil glitch” to replenishes Power Ammo.

The weapons glitch isn’t the same exploit that delayed the launch of the Prestige Raid, so the record is expected to stand.

Rewards include a weapon ornament for the Legend of Acrius shotgun and a blue emblem.
