Those are the thoughts of Arsenal legend Ian Wright.
City maintained their flying start to the Premier League season with a 7-2 victory over Stoke at the Etihad last Saturday.
United, who are two points behind their crosstown rivals, were an irresistible force in the late 90s and early 2000s.
Arsenal as well were a formidable force during the infamous ‘Invincibles’ campaign of 2003/04.
And Wright thinks the current crop of City players are up there with the aforementioned Premier League powerhouses.

“City are brilliant to see,” Wright told Sky Sports’ The Debate Show.
“I love the Premier League and the way it is going, but I’m not getting that with some of the games I’m seeing.
“City are giving it to me at the moment in the same way as those great United and Arsenal sides.
“You’re seeing a kind of football that excites you.
“City excites me. They’re brilliant.”
City meanwhile, moved themselves a step closer to qualifying from their Champions League group after a 2-1 win against Napoli.
Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus were both on target as City ensured they have collected maximum points from their opening three games.
