James Bond 25: Will 007 regular Rory Kinnear return for new Daniel Craig film? Star SPEAKS

Just like M, Q and Moneypenny, there are other roles in the James Bond franchise that have been played by multiple actors over the years.

Apart from CIA agent Felix Leiter, another regular is M’s Chief of Staff Bill Tanner, who has been portrayed by Rory for the last three of Daniel Craig’s 007 movies.

Now will the announcement of a fifth and final movie for the incumbent Bond, fans have been wondering which other members of the Craig era line up will return.

Rory was asked about his involvement in James Bond 25 during a recent interview for his new play where he plays a young Karl Marx.

Speaking with The Times, the 39-year-old actor said: “Each film they make they say yay or nay.

“But it’s been great fun, and an utterly unexpected element of my life.

“I don’t know if I am in the next one, and I never have done until they give you the call.”

Having appeared as Tanner in the last three Bond movies, it would seem likely that Rory will return to the role – especially as this will be the final movie for Craig’s universe.

Last week a source claimed that Craig wants Spectre Bond girl Monica Bellucci to return.

The actress, who would be 55-years-old when Bond 25 is released in 2019, only had a few scenes as Lucia Sciarra during Craig’s last outing.

Speaking with The Mirror, the source said: “He wants Monica Bellucci back, that’s for sure.”

James Bond 25 will be released in November 2019.
