Super Mario Odyssey fans have been given a price boost ahead of its Nintendo Switch release date.
The upcoming Nintendo Switch exclusive is one of the more expensive titles on the platform, costing as much as £59.99 for the digital edition.
But as VG247 points out, Amazon customers can now pick the game up for just £41.99.
That’s the price for the boxed version and digital download at the time of writing.
Argos is also selling the game for £41.99, although that’s for the boxed version only.

And the good news doesn’t end there, because Super Mario Odyssey has already received a perfect review score ahead of release.
EDGE magazine absolutely loves the next big Nintendo Switch exclusive, awarding Super Mario Odyssey a perfect 10 review score.
The review says that Super Mario Odyssey takes risks with an established formula, and that these risks pay off handsomely.
It concludes by saying that while Mario might be getting on a bit, Odyssey proves that he’s no dinosaur.
EDGE isn’t known for dishing out perfect scores very often, having awarded fewer than 20 in its more than 20 year history.
However, it’s not the first Mario game to receive a perfect score, with Mario 64 and both Galaxy games getting 10 out of 10.
Part of its appeal is that Super Mario Odyssey contains an old-school surprise or two.
With the release date just a few weeks away, the brand new Super Mario Odyssey trailer reveals everything you need to know about the upcoming Nintendo Switch exclusive.
Towards the end of the trailer, Mario is shown navigating a construction site while avoiding barrels and collecting coins.
This Donkey Kong surprise is set against the backdrop of New Donk City, which is where Pauline resides as Mayor.
Retro gaming fans will recall that Pauline was captured by Donkey Kong in the classic arcade game.
The new trailer – which can be seen above – also gives fans a look at some of the things Mario can capture with Cappy. This includes a tank, Bullet Bills, Cheep Cheeps and lowly Goombas.
