Melania Trump, 47, stepped out in a bright emerald green linen dress as she boarded a plane from Washington.
The loose fitting dresses covered Melania’s fabulous figure, but she belted it with a green crocodile oversized belt to highlight her waist.
Keeping it casual, Melania rolled up the sleeves of the dress.
But it wasn’t an entirely low-key look, as the First Lady completed her outfit with a pair of killer heels.
The six-inch court shoes featured a bright neon colour print.
Melania kept her eyes covered with a pair of black square frame sunglasses.
Donald Trump’s wife was making her first trip out after facing down drama with his first wife Ivana Trump.
Ivana, who is promoting her autobiography, told ABC’s Good Morning America she was “basically first Trump wife, I’m first lady”.
She continued the interview claiming she had a direct line to the White House but did not want to “cause any kind of jealousy”.
Ivana said: “I have the direct number to White House, but I no [sic] really want to call him there because Melania is there.
“I don’t want to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that because I’m basically first Trump wife. I’m first lady, OK?”
Melania Trump responded with a statement statement through her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham.
It read: “Mrs Trump has made the White House a home for [their son] Barron and The President.
“She loves living in Washington, DC and is honoured by her role as First Lady of the United States. She plans to use her title and role to help children, not sell books.
“There is clearly no substance to this statement from an ex. Unfortunately only attention seeking and self-serving noise.”
The exchange is thought to be the only public row between a US first lady and a president’s former wife.
