Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott share Instagram snap in Arsenal training after England snub

Wilshere and Walcott have both been left out of the current England squad, so the pair have hit the gym together in order to keep fit.

The duo have not been slacking off during the international break, sharing a snap of themselves in the gym wearing club training gear.

Walcott captioned his post ‘Live life with a smile’ while Wilshere kept things simple with two smiling emojis.

The pair have 81 England caps between them, but have not done enough this season to force their way into Gareth Southgate’s plans.
