It’s been almost a year since the prequel spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them was released, kicking off a new five film spanning series.
The second movie is set for release next year and its first image has arrived.
Posted on Reddit, the picture show a Ministry of Magic travel permit for Eddie’s Newt Scamander.
But what, if anything, does this reveal about the plot of Fantastic Beasts 2?

Well interestingly Newt appears to be grounded back in England as his travel permit has been denied – for now at least as it’s pending.
The reason given is: “Subject uncooperative and evasive on reasons for last trip.”
Harry Potter fans will of course know he was in New York in the first film where his magical creatures managed to escape from his TARDIS-sized suitcase, not to mention his running in to Voldemort equivalent, Gellert Grindelwald.

It turns out Newt will need the help of his dearest friend, Albus Dumbledore – played by Jude Law.
Fantastic Beast 2 will be released in UK cinemas on November 16, 2018.
